5 days in Portugal with the MeelsPT team held at Titan Fitness Algarve, Portugal on Sunday 14th- Friday 19th September.
Whether you are a new or existing client, this is an opportunity to throw yourself into a new challenge. You do not have to have trained with Meels before.
The retreat will be held at a state of the art training facility in Portugal. We will train as a team, a minimum of twice a day and up to four times per day. Classes will include strength training, yoga, HIIT, HYROX and coach led runs.
In our spare time we can chill at the pool, use the onsite cafe where breakfast and lunch will be prepared, and explore the beautiful Algarve. This retreat is the perfect balance of fitness and fun, and an opportunity to make some new friends.

Price and payments:
- Deposit £100 paid upon booking
- Payment 1 of £199 paid by October 31st 2024
- Payment 2 of £199 paid by November 30th 2024
- Payment 3 of £199 paid by February 28th 2025
- Payment 4 of £199 paid by March 31st 2025
- Payment 5 of £199 paid by April 30th 2025
- Payment 6 of £199 paid by May 31st 2025
Please note: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If paying in instalments, any remaining balance must be paid before the above stated dates to ensure your space is not cancelled. If you are struggling to pay or need to amend your payment plan please liaise with Meels directly to make an arrangement or cancel your place (fees apply).
If you are unable to attend you must provide notice to Meels via meels@meelspt.com or Instagram direct message immediately.
If you have paid your deposit to secure a space and are unable to attend prior to departure you will be liable for 50% of any outstanding payments. In the instance you are able to find someone to take your place you are able to transfer liability of outstanding payments to the new participant given they agree this in writing to meels@meelspt.com.
